Gold Claims For Sale BC

By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the site or make purchases.

   1.  Products and Claims All mineral claims/tenures offered are listed for informational and reservation purposes only. This might be an "in application" mineral claim only (status subject to approval by British Columbia's Mineral Titles Online / Mineral Titles Branch). Some claims may be fully granted/registered, while others remain in application. Final approval, registration, issuance, or transfer is determined solely by the BC government under the Mineral Tenure Act and related regulations. We make no guarantee of approval, successful transfer, or final tenure status. Buyer assumes all risk of rejection, delays, forfeiture, or changes in status.

   2.  Buyer Due Diligence and Verification Buyer must independently verify all claim details—including current status, boundaries, encumbrances, overlapping claims, historical data, compliance, and any liens—via official sources such as:

  • Mineral Titles Online (MTO) portal

  • MINFILE database

  • ARIS (Assessment Report Indexing System) reports

  • BC Geological Survey or other government records

All documents provided (e.g., 1983 Geological, Geochemical and Geophysical Report ARIS #11,416, MINFILE summaries, scanned pages including cover, table of contents, summary, introduction, and claim lists) are shared as-is from public/historical records for informational purposes only. These may be outdated, incomplete, inaccurate, or no longer fully representative of current conditions. Seller disclaims all liability for any reliance on these materials or any errors/omissions therein.

  1. No Representations or Warranties No warranty, express or implied, is made regarding:

  • Mineral potential, presence, quantity, or quality

  • Economic viability, exploration success, or production

  • Value of the claim Past production, anomalies, recommendations, or geological interpretations in historical reports do not guarantee future results. Mining, exploration, and claim ownership involve significant financial, regulatory, environmental, and legal risks.

  1. Reservation and Payment Process Purchases/reservations are handled manually (no direct online checkout for these items).

  • To reserve a claim, email goldclaimsforsalebc@gmail.com stating the claim title number.

  • Timestamp of your email determines first-come, first-served priority.

  • If available, you will receive an invoice for a $1,000 CAD non-refundable deposit (payable via secure link).

  • Deposit must be paid within 24 hours of invoice receipt.

  • Upon confirmation, the claim is held.

  • Remaining balance must be paid via wire transfer (details provided post-deposit) within 3 business days.

  • Failure to complete deposit or balance forfeits the deposit and reservation.

  • Full payment verified → Seller assists with Mineral Titles Online transfer process (buyer responsible for any MTO fees, forms, or requirements).

  1. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations Due to the intangible, high-risk, and regulated nature of mineral claims:

  • All deposits and payments are non-refundable.

  • No refunds, cancellations, returns, or credits once deposit is paid or transfer process initiated.

  • Exceptions only in cases of proven Seller error (e.g., incorrect claim details provided by us preventing processing). Requests must be in writing within 7 days of purchase with evidence; any approved refund issued to original method within 15 days, minus fees.

  • Application rejection, status changes, or delays by government do not qualify for refund.

  1. Limitation of Liability Seller's total liability is limited to the purchase price paid. In no event shall Seller be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, or special damages, including loss of profits, opportunity, or value.

  2. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

  3. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use or purchases constitute acceptance of changes.
